How to purchase group tickets?

A group of twenty or more is eligible for group tickets NT$30 per person. For detailed information, please visit www.921emt.edu.tw or call the Service Center at (04)23390906, ext. 921.

How many kinds of tickets are available?

The Museum offers adult ticket, discount ticket and free ticket. For detailed information about admission, please visit the Museum website www.921emt.edu.tw

Is the admission to the Museum free on Wednesday morning?

Admission to the Museum is free on Wednesday morning from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, during which visitors may enter the Museum without a ticket.

On which national holidays will the Museum be closed? Is the Museum open on Double Tenth Day?

Except for Chinese New Year’s Eve and Chinese New Year’s Day on which the Museum is routinely closed, the museum is open on other national holidays or deferred holidays if it is a Monday.

Is the Museum open on Chinese New Year’s Eve and Chinese New Year’s Day?

The Museum is closed on both Chinese New Year’s Eve and Chinese New Year’s Day.

When does 921 Earthquake Museum open?

Opening hours are:
Tuesday - Sunday 9:00 am ~ 5:00 pm
Admission to the Museum is free on Wednesday morning from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
Closed Days
1. Every Monday (The Museum will be open if Monday is a national holiday, a deferred holiday or an election day).
2. Chinese New Year’s Eve and Chinese New Year’s Day.
3. Government-announced office-closing days.
4. Other days as announced by the Museum.
